This two hour gentle and restorative yoga experience is an invitation to slow down, soften, and come home to yourself. It offers a peaceful pause from the pace of daily life and a chance to reconnect with ease, both within and in how you move through the world.
Through accessible movement, long held restorative postures, mindful breathing, and guided meditation, you will be lovingly supported as your nervous system settles and your body releases what it no longer needs to hold. Heated rice bags, warm stones, soft candlelight, and calming music surround you in an atmosphere that feels nurturing, safe, and deeply comforting.
The experience unfolds at an unhurried, grounding pace, creating space for rest, reflection, and heartfelt self care. From this place of gentleness, compassion and connection naturally begin to ripple outward, beyond the mat and into daily life.
You will leave feeling rested, held, and quietly renewed, carrying a sense of steadiness, warmth, and openness with you long after the practice ends.
