Tracey - Owner and Yoga Teacher

Tracey is a passionate Yoga teacher, a dedicated Yoga student, a busy mom, and a registered nurse. She came to Yoga as a way of dealing with stress and grief, and it changed her life completely. 

Tracey wants to make Yoga accessible for every-body, and works with students to help fit their practice to their needs. You can read her full story on our Message from the Owner page.

 

Carole- Yoga Teacher


Carole is both a dedicated student and teacher of Yoga. Introduced to the Yogic lifestyle in childhood her practice has continued to evolve over the years. She brings passion, warmth and joy to her Yoga practices.


Creating an inviting and compassionate environment, Carole’s classes draw upon a variety of yoga styles. From traditional Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Gentle yoga, Chair yoga, and Core Strength Vinyasa practices. Incorporated into each of Carole’s classes you will find guided meditations and mindfulness techniques.


She is passionate to provide something for everyone and everybody.

 

Tiffany- Yoga Teacher


Tiffany is a Certified Yoga Instructor. She has been practicing yoga for over two decades. Yoga inspires  her to live each moment more mindfully. Tiffany is the mother of three amazing children and has lived in Innisfil since 2011. Tiffany is very involved in our community and hosts the annual Innisfil World Maternal Mental Health Awareness Walk.

In addition to her passion for yoga, Tiffany is a Childbirth Educator, Birth Doula & Postpartum Doula. She has extensive training in fertility, birth, postpartum support, infant care and childbirth education. 

Tiffany enjoys a thriving schedule working with people of all levels and abilities, including beginners, athletes, prenatal, parent and baby, children, teens and seniors. 

While she aims to challenge students both physically and mentally, her goal for each class is for people to be accepting of where they are and how they feel in the present moment. She loves to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. Her intention is to help others thrive by nurturing their body, mind and soul with yoga. She believes that “Yoga is a dance between control and surrender-between pushing and letting go-and when to push and when to let go becomes part of the creative process, part of an open ended exploration of your being”.

Tiffany hopes that you step off of the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced. 

 

 

Jo - Social Media Manager


Jo has been a yoga student for eight years now, and would eventually like to become a Yoga teacher! With Kundalini being a favourite Yoga style, Jo really enjoys the spiritual aspects of her practice. You can catch her sharing an occasional Tarot reading on our Social Media, or talking about setting Intentions on our blog!

 

 


Julie - Yoga Teacher


Julie is a certified Yoga Instructor with Mindfulness training.

She is known for her authentic creative style with a flair of fun, infusing her classes with fluid flows that are designed for any level.

Julie is passionate about getting to know her students so that she can inspire them to build their own personal practice in ways that are safe and comfortable for them individually.
