Tracey - Owner and Yoga Teacher

Tracey is a passionate Yoga teacher, a dedicated Yoga student, a busy mom, and a registered nurse. She came to Yoga as a way of dealing with stress and grief, and it changed her life completely.

Carole- Yoga Teacher

Carole is both a dedicated student and teacher of Yoga. Introduced to the Yogic lifestyle in childhood her practice has continued to evolve over the years. She brings passion, warmth and joy to her Yoga practices.

Creating an inviting and compassionate environment, Carole’s classes draw upon a variety of yoga styles. From traditional Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Gentle yoga, Chair yoga, and Core Strength Vinyasa practices. Incorporated into each of Carole’s classes you will find guided meditations and mindfulness techniques.

She is passionate to provide something for everyone and everybody.

Monique - Yoga Teacher

 Monique is a passionate, energetic yoga instructor and student. She brings an extensive background of group exercise and personal training to her yoga classes.

You can catch Monique at the yoga studio, paddle boarding, watching the sunset out on the lake, and spending time with her fiancé and fur baby around Innisfil. Monique has been continuing to explore and gain knowledge about the practice of spirituality including meditation, breathing, self healing, prayer and gratitude.

Monique believes that yoga is for all shapes and sizes, all levels of fitness and it just takes one class to awaken your senses and start the journey of self exploration and healing.

Nicole - Yoga Teacher
Nicole is a caring and empathetic yoga teacher, who focuses on body awareness and mindfulness. She uses a variety of styles- vinyasa, gentle movement, mobility and meditation. She is inspired by restorative yoga, yoga Nidra and Kundalini classes.

Nicole found her way onto her yoga mat to deal with some physical and mental challenges back in 2016. Doing so has allowed her to find ways to deal with the health challenges she has faced. Nicole is a mental health advocate and environmental activist. You can find Nicole spending time with her daughter and dog, gardening and singing.

Nicole’s goal is to help guide all and any individual along their individual path of healing- while finding joy along the way.
