Monique is a passionate, energetic yoga instructor and student. She brings an extensive background of group exercise and personal training to her yoga classes.
You can catch Monique at the yoga studio, paddle boarding, watching the sunset out on the lake, and spending time with her fiancé and fur baby around Innisfil. Monique believes that yoga is for all shapes and sizes, all levels of fitness and it just takes one class to awaken your senses and start the journey of self exploration and healing.
Ryan brings a unique blend of expertise to his yoga classes, drawing from his background in running, HIIT training, natural movement, and barefoot training. His passion lies in yin and slow flow yoga, where the emphasis is on flexibility, mobility, and deep awareness rather than sheer strength.
In Ryan's classes, you'll experience a thoughtful approach that favors regressed variations of challenging balancing and standing poses. He guides students into deeper yin postures that encourage mindful breathing and the ability to stay relaxed and focused. His teaching style creates a supportive environment, helping you connect with your body’s natural movement patterns.
Outside the studio, Ryan enjoys immersing himself in nature walks, unwinding with Netflix, and stretching to stay grounded. Always eager to expand his knowledge, he's currently exploring chair yoga and massage through advanced courses, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and holistic well-being.
