Jessica - Yoga Teacher

Jessica's life journey started out for personal reasons, as many journeys do, looking for peace and change. Jessica wanted to find something within herself that would make the change, take the burden of life’s struggles, and release them into the world for good. With the power of Yoga, Jessica kept getting up no matter how many times she felt down. She puts it well, saying "I refuse to sink, and I help others rise up as well."

For many years of her life, Jessica has been a helper, healer of sorts. Jessica gravitates to the people who call her from their spirit and is always there for anyone in need. Jessica says,  "I will enter their lives for what they need and I believe I am meant to be here, sharing this gift."
