Embodied Healing Sessions are personalized 1:1 sessions designed to support nervous system healing and mind–body connection.
Each session is tailored to you, drawing from gentle, evidence-informed techniques to help release stored tension, calm an overactive nervous system, and create space for ease. Sessions may include mindful movement, breath practices, guided awareness, and other somatic practices that are always adapted to meet your needs and comfort level.
These sessions are especially supportive if you experience high stress, overwhelm, or sensitivity (including neurodivergence).
Together, we explore tools to help you feel more grounded, balanced, and at home in your body, both on and off the mat.
