What is Chair Yoga?
Chair yoga is a gentle yet effective form of yoga practiced while seated or using a chair for support. It incorporates stretching, strengthening, breathwork, relaxation, and meditation—offering all the benefits of traditional yoga in a more accessible way.
Inspired by the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, who introduced props to enhance yoga practice, a chair serves as the ultimate support tool. It allows you to experience the physical and mental benefits of yoga while feeling stable and secure.
