This is an online LIVE (using Zoom) Hatha, all level class. In this class, we focus on breath, alignment, and strength to promote flexibility in the body and balance in the mind. This class is approximately 50% stretching poses and 50% strengthening poses.
To participate you have to register on Mindbody under the online live Hatha class at least 60 mins before the start time. About 20 mins before the class you will receive an email from the instructor (check your junk mail if it's not in your inbox) with the link to participate.
