This is an online LIVE Gentle Yoga & Meditation class. This gentle class focuses on aligning breath with slow, held poses of being rather than doing and ends with a guided meditation for a full mind, body and soul journey to self discovery.
To participate you have to register on Mindbody under the online live Gentle Yoga & Meditation class at least 30 mins before the start time. About 20 mins before the class you will receive an email from the instructor (check your junk mail if it's not in your inbox) with the link to participate. The session will open up 5 mins before the start so you can set up.
