This is an online LIVE Core class (using Zoom). This class focuses on flowing sequences that integrate strengthening, lengthening and toning of your core muscles. Prepare to move and sweat in this challenging and strength-building class.
To participate you have to register on Mindbody under the online live Core class at least 60 mins before the start time. About 20 mins before the class you will receive an email from the instructor (check your junk mail if it's not in your inbox) with the link to participate.
