This is an online LIVE Beginner's class (using Zoom). This class is designed as an introduction to yoga. Focusing on the fundamentals of correct movement, alignment and breath while working with step by step guidance at a gentle pace. The understanding and correct practice of yoga is fundamental to its effectiveness. To participate you have to register on Mindbody under the online live Beginner's class at least 60 mins before the start time. About 20 mins before the class you will receive an email from the instructor (check your junk mail if it's not in your inbox) with the link to participate.
