POP UP - Introduction to Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar)

We will break down the poses of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) A, B & C to make sure that we are doing them safely while promoting strength and growth. Variations, tips and techniques will be offered for developing your own personal practice.
This class is perfect for anyone looking to start their practice and for those looking to delve deeper into their own practice.
The intent is that with practice and dedication we will all be able to participate in the 108 Sun Salutation celebration for the summer solstice in June.
You can sign up for all 4 pop up classes for $70 +HST or $20.00 +HST per session.
